Compliance · South Africa
One bundle. Every document a South African tender requires — company, CSD, BEE, tax clearance and Letter of Good Standing.
Bidding on a South African government or corporate tender requires far more than a CIPC registration certificate. Buyers typically demand a Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, a valid BEE Affidavit or certificate, a SARS Tax Clearance Pin, and — for physical-work tenders — a COIDA Letter of Good Standing.
Amashad's Tender Package assembles every mandatory document in a single workflow, so you can qualify for government (National Treasury, provinces, municipalities, SOEs like Eskom and Transnet) and private-sector tender opportunities without chasing 5 different providers.
We coordinate CIPC, SARS, the CSD portal and the Compensation Fund on your behalf — you sign one engagement, pay one price, and receive a tender-ready compliance pack.
We collect director IDs, proof of address and shareholding — one secure form.
Company registered (or verified), income tax and BO filed.
Central Supplier Database, BEE Affidavit and Tax Clearance Pin issued in parallel.
You receive a single PDF pack you can attach to any tender submission.
The Preferential Procurement Regulations require every organ of state to verify supplier compliance on the National Treasury CSD before awarding a contract above R 30,000. Suppliers who are not CSD-registered are automatically disqualified — no exceptions. Amashad's Tender Package makes CSD registration the anchor of the bundle.
The BEE Affidavit is a self-certified declaration valid for companies with turnover under R 10m (Exempted Micro Enterprise, EME). Amashad calculates whether you qualify as EME Level 1 (100% black-owned) or Level 4 (default), and drafts the affidavit accordingly. Companies above R 10m turnover need a full verified BEE certificate — we can quote separately for that.
The SARS Tax Clearance Pin is a real-time compliance status token that tender buyers verify on the SARS eFiling portal. It replaces the old paper certificate and is valid for 12 months provided you remain tax-compliant. We activate your eFiling profile and issue the first Pin as part of the package.
For any government tender above R 30,000, yes: CSD registration is mandatory. BEE Affidavit and Tax Clearance are required for almost every tender. COIDA Letter of Good Standing is required for tenders involving physical labour or on-site work.
Yes. If your Pty Ltd is already registered, we skip the CIPC step and price the package accordingly — usually R 2,490.
7 to 14 business days end-to-end. CSD is typically the slowest step (National Treasury verification queue).
No. An Affidavit is self-declared and valid up to R 10m turnover. Above R 10m you need a verified certificate from a SANAS-accredited BEE agency — a separate service we can arrange.
